Snap Send Solve Requests
When you use Snap Send Solve to report an issue in Wingecarribee Shire, it doesn't come directly to Council. Instead, it goes to our Customer Experience team who then creates a Customer Request ticket for our staff to work on in Council's Customer Request System.
You won't get updates through the Snap Send Solve App.
Once your issue has been sent to us, please note that you won't get updates or a reply through Snap Send Solve. We'll send you a Council customer request reference by SMS or email. You can use this customer request number to check on the progress of your request.
