Council Seeks IRC Assistance to Address Industrial Matters Fairly

Wingecarribee Shire Council seeks the assistance of the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW (the IRC) to address ongoing industrial matters in a fair and structured manner. 

The IRC is responsible for resolving workplace disputes, setting fair wages, and determining employment conditions for workers in NSW. The IRC provides a formal process to address industrial matters and ensure fair outcomes for employees and employers. 

Council respects the formal IRC process and, as such, will not be providing further comment until the matter is resolved.
