Ashbourne Moss Vale: Stage 1 Subdivision Approved

Wingecarribee Shire Council has approved the subdivision certificate for Stage 1 of Ashbourne Moss Vale, paving the way for a new residential community in the heart of the Southern Highlands. 

The approval of the subdivision certificate for Stage 1 is a significant milestone. This means that the 176 lots within Stage 1 can now be registered, enabling families to finalise the purchase of their homesite. Additionally, Council has granted development consent for Stage 2, which will enable subdivision works for that stage to proceed. 

Ashbourne Moss Vale aligns with the key principles and objectives of the Wingecarribee Local Housing Strategy, providing much needed new housing locally for our community. 

Development Manager from Ashbourne, Angela Villate, expressed enthusiasm about the project, stating, "We have been working very closely with Wingecarribee Shire Council to achieve the necessary approvals to bring Ashbourne to life.
