Flower enthusiasts are in for a treat with a stunning waratah display in Robertson that will be the centerpiece of upcoming Waratah Month festivities. 

The waratah-filled grounds at Robertson Common and Heritage Railway Station can be visited any time and day, providing a perfect opportunity to wander among the grounds and admire this iconic native flower. 

During the long weekend (October 5-7), the Robertson Heritage Railway Station will host a special Waratah Month event. Visitors can enjoy a range of activities, including: 

  • Flower, Plant, and Seed Sales: Purchase a variety of Waratahs and other plants to take home and enjoy. 

  • Art Exhibition: Admire the works of local artists inspired by the beauty of the Waratah. 

  • Model Railways: Marvel at intricate model train displays.
