Are you looking for a new social outlet? Join the ‘Sit and Knit’ group at your local library.

This fortnightly gathering is a perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded people while indulging in your favourite craft. Whether you're a knitting pro or just starting out, all skill levels are welcome.

The program runs on Mondays from 10:30am to 11:30am at Bowral Library, and Fridays from 2pm to 3pm at Mittagong and Moss Vale Libraries.

This program is more than just needles and yarn; it's a chance to connect with your community. "Sit & Knit is an excellent initiative," says Evelyn, a member. "It makes it easy to socialise, especially for those living alone.

Bring along your knitting or crochet supplies and enjoy a relaxing afternoon. No bookings required.

So why wait? Grab your needles or hook and join the fun!
