The Citizen of the Year and Young Citizen of the Year Awards are held annually to recognise those who have made a significant contribution to the community of Wingecarribee Shire.
Applications have been extended and now close on Monday 6 January 2025.
Nominations should provide information about the person or community organisation being nominated, for example the activities, awards, sporting involvements, achievements, and why you feel the nominee should receive the award. What makes them outstanding? What have they done above and beyond others?
Please note that an extract from the information provided in the nomination form will be reprinted in our Australia Day program to highlight the nominee’s contribution to the Shire.
