Street Numbering and Road Naming Application

Use this form to apply for new street numbers and road names pursuant to AS/NZS 4819:2011 & the Roads Act 1993.

Please note that if applying for Street Numbering there is a $476.00 administration fee which applies (per application). This does not apply for Development Applications approved prior to July 2018.

Step 2.Prepare your certificates

Ensure you have included copies of the relevant documents and certificates you need to accompany the application (if applicable).

Step 3.Send us your completed form
