Swimming Pool Certificate of Compliance Application

Use this form to apply for a Certificate of Compliance under Section 22D of the Swimming Pools Act 1992. 

This certificate is used to verify that a swimming pool meets the relevant safety requirements. Property owners will need to have the pool inspected and have received a certificate of compliance prior to the sale or lease of the property.
