Electrical waste items can now be dropped off at the Resource Recovery Centre for free. 

The following items are accepted as e-waste; 

  • Computers, laptops, desktops and tablets
  • Monitors and projectors e.g. hard drives, CD drives
  • Cables, chargers and cords
  • Computer accessories e.g. mice, keyboards, web camera, USBs
  • Printers, fax machines and scanners
  • TVs (flat screen only)

Officeworks 
Officeworks also accepts some e-waste products, such as mobile phones, CDs and DVDs through their own e-waste recycling scheme. Remember to save and delete any personal data or documents before recycling them.
