Plastic plant pots can currently not be recycled and should be placed in the council provided general waste bin (red lid).
Re-use is an option; however, you should ensure that plant pots are thoroughly washed before re-use to reduce the chance of transfer of diseases. Check with your local community gardens or nursery’s if they take donated plastic plant pots.
