Domestic Waste New & Change Request Strata Properties

This form should be completed when requesting a new or changes to a domestic waste collection service for properties (e.g. unit complex) that are under strata title.

This form has 2 sections:

SECTION 1 - New Domestic Waste Service Request – complete pages 1,2 & 4

SECTION 2 - Change To Existing Domestic Waste Service Request – complete pages 1,3 & 4

This form must be completed by the owner of the property or an authorised agent. Shared bins can be requested through the Strata Manager only. Owners Authority and/or Directors authority must be provided with this application if not already provided to Council.

Step 2.Visit our offices

Visit our Civic Centre between 8.30am and 4.30pm weekdays to finalise your request.
