Domestic Waste Service Units/Strata Properties Shared Bins

This form should be completed when requesting a new or changes to a domestic waste collection service for properties (e.g. unit complex) that are under strata title.

This form must be completed by an authorised agent. Shared bins can be requested through the Strata Manager only.

Visit our Civic Centre between 8.30am and 4.30pm weekdays to finalise your request.
