Where to dispose;

  • CRC
  • Selected Woolworths and Coles Stores

Soft plastics can be dropped off at the CRC which is located at the Resource Recovery Centre. The items are then collected by The Flagstaff Group. Soft plastics must be clear and clean, including bubble wrap, shrink wrap, pallet wrap, shopping and product bags and clear plastic bags.

The Flagstaff Group recycle the collected soft plastic into new plastics.

Soft plastics can also be dropped off at selected Woolworths and Coles Stores, which are collected by REDcycle. REDcycle process the plastics and then sends the items to Replas, who create recycled plastic products, such as decking, fencing, signage and furniture.
